It’s essential that each person on the team understand the “WHY” of each project and “HOW” it impacts the business or vision. Starting each project with this tactic helps keep employees creatively focused on the strategic solution.

We need to make wise decisions despite ambiguity. It’s always important to identify the root causes of any challenges and get beyond just treating the symptoms. By gathering data to make educational decisions, I’m able to trust my intuition and build long-term solutions.
